We also carry out projects under General & Turkey contracting, where Civil & finishes, Interior fitouts, Pre-Engineered Building, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing and HVAC services are delivered. How We Do


We deliver overall scope of the project from pre-construction to Construction to Post- Construction services, which comprises of Civil & finishes, Interiors fit-outs, Pre-Engineered Buildings, MEPF Services (HVAC – Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, E&I – Electrical & Instrumentation, FPS – Fire Protection System, PHE – Plumbing, Health & Environment) and External development works through following strategy,

Design & Build
Design-Build model that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and all construction phases of a project.
Turnkey Contracting
We provide total solutions encompassing design & build, project management and commissioning services for the project.
General Contracting
We also undertake projects under EPC model where we execute the work-based on item rate/lumpsum, as per the completed design & details from Clients, Architects & Consulting Engineers.
Operations & Maintenance
